I read the transcript of the FOX report. Steve Meyers %26quot;claims%26quot; his engine design will run on a powerful fuel made with water. FOX did not deny or confirm the claim. The rest of the report talks about the need for a better fuel efficient national fleet. Pres. Carter does not endorse Meyers either. Get smart! Maybe I should sell a device to inject water vapor into a cars intake system and sell the instructions for $150 too!
