GMO, the good, the bad, and the ugly? I%26#039;m writing a paper about Genetically Modified Organisms, and I need to right about the reasons people are for and against it.
I%26#039;m having trouble getting the required 5 reasons for and 3 reasons against. I%26#039;ll share what I have so far, and thank you so much if you can help me:
For
1. Protects food
2. Better than pestisides
3. Can provide nutrients

Against
1. Unkown long term effects
2. Messing with nature

3. encourage monocultural farm practices which raise the risk of having large consequences from a crop failure. Why? If we have 100 different crops and one fails, there are 99 to make it up with. If there is just one and it fails, we are in big trouble! 100% 1 Vote
