Not yet. Probably not ever; so far, hydrogen is too expensive and an unstable fuel source. There are electric car conversion kits available online.

I stumbled on this and have wanted a conversion ever since. There kit is being held up by legal problem from the consumer protection agency. No doubt lobbied by the oil industry. They have a great new system for chemically bonding hydrogen to metal hydride and storing it safely in a low pressure type system. Not carrying around a large pressurized hydrogen bomb is certainly a major factor in me buying one.
