Is it true that cars can now run on water? can you give me any reliable sources for me to read

The energy density of water = 0. You would need stored chemical energy, to convert to kinetic energy. If the stored chemical energy = 0, then you go nowhere.

Actually... there IS a car out there that runs on water. Its like a water car boat type thing. I seen it on a television show, Discovery maybe. I don%26#039;t have any sources or link to the information though.

No. Because, ultimately, water is hydrogen gas that was already burned in the atmosphere eons ago.

About Richard P%26#039;s post. Wouldn%26#039;t a turbo/supercharger vehicle see a larger gain since the air charge is heated as it is compressed? I am not sure, it just seems that it would.
