• Just buy as small a car as you can get away with and learn how to drive it right. I can get over 41 MPG Hwy with a Chevy Cobalt by just driving it carefully. I never get less than 30 MPG city here in LA with a 2005 Chevy Cavalier.

• We drive cars that run on natural gas (methane) instead of gasoline. It%26#039;s a LOT cleaner for the environment and a lot cheaper to fill up ($10 in Utah). One is a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria and the other is a 2000 Ford F-150 pickup truck. Ford didn%26#039;t make a lot of them, but they are out there if you look. First, check and see if you have a filling station near you, because not every state has figured this out yet. I%26#039;m providing the source below so you can look into it.
