What is an indirect emission ? I have a project I%26#039;m doing on Global warming and I need to know what a direct emisson %26amp; indirect emission is.

Direct emissions are those generated on-site. You can typically control direct emissions more so than indirect emissions. An example of direct emissions is using natural gas for an on-site boiler. An example of indirect emissions is purchased electricity (because the utility generates the emissions).
