Acording to wildlife protection act can a district administrator give permission to kill wild animal??? today district magistrate muradabad(up) gave permission to kill a problmatic blue bull. forest department was not informed about this operation. dont u think, it shuld have been tranqulized and removed from that area. 100% 2 Votes
