The answer isn%26#039;t in a slick saying, but in a wholesale valuation of LIFE. Those who care about whales should also care about ALL life--and display it. If you don%26#039;t care about people, nobody will care about your ideas.
Actions speak louder than words! Hypocrisy helps nothing and nobody. Be a champion for all you stand for--not just one fringe conservation effort--and you will succeed.
The great challenge to whaling, ivory trade, drug trafficking, etc. is the big money associated with it. What will you do to supplement their income if they honor your request? Or would you simply want to place a fine with jail time to it? Fines/jail time hasn%26#039;t solved the crime problem yet. (Which means: it never will.)
We need real answers to human problems. It%26#039;s great that you want to save the whales, but there are approximately 14,000 kids dying a day from starvation. How about them? Education is the answer. 14% 1 Vote -
Whats the point of killing whales? some might say its tradition, a hobby. But would you kill, a frightened and crying child? put them on the same level. We are all a credit in this world, even whales.
