I%26#039;m not sure what law you%26#039;re referring to? Right now, the ANWR is a large chunk of land in Alaska that is protected from oil and gas drilling. Naturally, there have been many oil companies who%26#039;ve wanted to get in there to drill for oil because they believe there is a lot of oil there. Far as I know, the US government has denied them this right. 25% 1 Vote
