Norway, Iceland, various Native American Nations all practice whaling to a greater or lesser extent. It is not harvesting or killing, it is hunting. I hunt too, and I eat what I kill.

The U.S.A, of course. The Eskimo, and Native Americans (Indians) both still whale. Eskimo, and Native Americans are two DIFFERENT set of ethnic people.
Eskimos, and Native Americans in Alaska still hunt whales.
Native Americans in Washington State still hunt whales.
