I wonder, there is a theory that the bare skin humans have is a result of an evolutionary step our hominid ancestors passed some 5 million years ago, as they moved from the trees into water first, and not into the plains of Africa, as a result of which we have some adaptations that chimps don%26#039;t have, including a bare skin, a fatty layer under our skin, an automatic ability to dive we are born with, slower heart bit when diving and salt tears, all signs of an aquatic mammal.
