Can you really now recycle glossy paper?

Best Answer

Yes, most all recycling programs accept glossy paper now, if you%26#039;re speaking in terms of magazines and such. It was mentioned in a recent magazine article, that many people are still throwing their magazines in the garbage instead of recycling them because they%26#039;re unaware that they%26#039;re able to recycle them the same way as any other paper.

If you%26#039;re in doubt, call your local recycling center, but chances are good that you can.

  • been doing it for years...some towns are still a little choosey about what they will recycle..which really makes no sense because the town I work in gets paid for most of the paper they recycle by the paper companies...kinda like the redemption on a soda can..
