The greatest waste of water ive ever seen is where water is pumped from rivers in Utah to raise hay for cattle.
Really, its the most ridiculous thing yet. Hay grown uncut in Michigan, Wisconsin and most northern states, yet the governemnt pays these farmers a subsidity to raise hay for cattle??
