  • Production needs resources for their products, energy for the work, a place for the work to be conducted, pollutants are released, and the final product most likely requires transportation and can emit pollutants of its own.
Resources: material required to assemble a product, together with the work to transport it to the right location, and possibly create it (refining etc.).
Energy is needed for the work.
Pollutants are likely released as the product is assembled.
Transport: the final product needs transportation to where they are sold.
Emit: the product might be emitting pollutants, use energy of its own.
    I hope I understood your question. :)
  • There are many conflicts of interest. One simply being farming, farming mehods now have extremely large fields with no hedge rows. The hedge rows provide the habitats for some of our native wildlife. There are steps to provide a corridor of uncultured land around fields to aid the natural wildlife.
The use of pesticides that aid the production of our foods, these pesticides kill many of the insects that are required by other insects/mammals, the pesticides can then leech into water courses and disrupt the natural balance.
If you look hard enough everything that we do can cause a conflict of interest.
  • yes
  • i will try and answer this with an example that i hope shows i understand you question ...lol.

a freind of mine worked in conservation at a wetlands trust. in producing a better environment for the birds already there and also to attract more wetlands birds they cut down a large amount of trees. in my friends opinion this was disadvantaging the birds that nest in the trees and other wildlife. so he left the work he was doing there because his view is nature looks after itself and human intervention is a bad thing in certain situations.

that%26#039;s the only answer, to my knowledge i could give.
