LOL my town...they are cheap asses...POP of about 2,000sure they can afford them but I doubt they will...They are too interested in the agriculture here to even think about how its going to effect the farming as well..

I live in Ohio. We recently had a chicken farm that built biodigesters to solve several problems. The biodigester cleans the water used in the the barns. It creates clean compost for other farms in the area. The methane gas that is created is used to run generators that not only run the farm but, it creates a second income buy selling energy back to the grid.If you do a google search of biodigesters you can find more info on this subject.
