Get a chance you might to check out the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership.? As much as i truly despise and hate unions. I will say i%26#039;m in agreement with this partnership. Thats why i joined it myself a few years back to help in some of their endeavors with conservation efforts. Though i don%26#039;t think the morons ever realized that part(too bad). It is a good program nonetheless.

I think the vast majority of what the TRCP does is of great benefit. They have a solid presence on the state level as well, this is most likely only surpassed by that of The Nature Conservancy.

What worries me is the level of lobbying they are involved with; the over focus on hunting and fishing; and some of their union ties -- i.e., miners and loggers.

The TRCP might soon realize that they are standing in an ever shrinking %26quot;grey area%26quot; when it comes to conservation and those you align yourself with to truly help that cause.
