How about a variation of Slim Dusty%26#039;s %26quot;Pub with no beer%26quot;, which could be re-worded as %26quot;A Dam with no tears%26quot; , and a few stick in the mind jingles to brighten your commercial....You may need to check on the legal aspect of using part of the composer%26#039;s work.....Good luck ..it sounds like a very worthy project.....

The only song I can think of right now that refers to water. Great video too. Why not get permission to mix scenes of your commercial with scenes from the video?
