No, but people are breaking into businesses and houses stealing the stuff!! Really, one home had the pipes in their basement ripped out. If only it was to clean the environment, unfortunatley it was probably to sell and buy drugs.

Alot of that does go on. Scrap copper laying aorund the house is money and so I turned it in.
