I as well, Your project, is this a study or of an inventive nature? either way you will need to speak to conservationists and Al Gore for their opinion of the project. There are many,many good ideas floating about. but make sure that project is not already implemented or has been proposed and/or refused for better approaches to this massive problem. 33% 1 Vote -
