I have a question for Illinios? can you help me with this question? I moved out of state and I lost my id and need a birthcertificat and can%26#039;t get it till I have an Id. but I need an Id to get a birth cert. What do I do. has any one been thru this before and what did you do and did you get your birth cert with out an id plz i need help getting birth cert.

my parents past away several yrs can i use my brother or sisters with me

• i live in chicago, IL......just go get your ID from the DMV which takes about what 10 mins then get your birth certificate(idk how long thatd take) 0% 0 Votes 25% 1 Vote
