Please, the condo complex where I live puts pellets down in the spring supposedly to kill the field mice which come out of the forest behind the houses.I was highly suspect of why the wildlife decreased radically, or looked sick an maimed for weeks afterwards.I took a few pellets and had them tested by a biochemist.It is a derivative of rat poison, when the condo association said it was not,I was taken in front of the Board and given a severe warning, which of course I told them I%26#039;d ignore whether they%26#039;d fine me or not.
Now, does anyone know what steps IT must take to report this in a legal manner to the WildLife Commission to have them answer for what is being insidiously done?No neighbour wants to help me, because as so many people they care about nothing but their selfish selves, not the critters.Any helpful advice as to whom to contact, what to actively do to save the poor critters around here?They do NO one harm! Randall, did you read my whole question. SQUIRRELS, RACCOONS, POSSUMS and PETS ARE BEING HARMED TOO! WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE THEM HOBBLING AROUND READY TO DROP? I Don%26#039;t. Trouble maker??? - this is my property, among 18 other units. I am sick of seeing these critters with tail that look as if they had no fur or little on them. Raccoons and Possums with blood in their mouths, and house pets that get sick and slowly die! WE, humans, have usurped the land off these critters, not they ours. I truly thank so far, the folks who sympathize with poor critters. I saw a squirrel that after hoarding and apparently eating some of these pellets started to chew its%26#039; own tail to a bloody stem, when I went out to help it, it ran into the forest. My cat no longer runs outside after an episode of having munched on a pellet. It caused me a pretty penny to get the stuff out of her and pronto. I did not know then the grounds were being poisoned, but after that incident I took the few samples to a biochemist, and discovered it was poison which had not been told to us by the Board.Yeah, you bet, I%26#039;m a trouble maker, and as relentless as a lioness protecting her cubs when it comes to any abuse.I am not proud of what we humans have done to our host the earth, nor to other living critters in order to be comfy to the max.In fact I am ashamed. More people should be ashamed if they give a thought to ALL that is being terminally harmed, made extinct and destroyed..without concern, WE%26#039;LL BE NEXT!

HeadTaer, when it comes to helping the innocent, whether animal or human, but those deceived, abused, while defenseless, I%26#039;ll go anywhere, whether it is a tree hugging group, or %26quot;hippy%26quot; establishment as you call it! Animal control, I%26#039;ve had several runs in with...they destroyed a very nice baby pit bull who had NOT yet, been trained into a killer by some fun-having-human-at-an-innocent%26#039;s expense.They are quick on the random trigger, but not on wisdom and exploration of a situation, past some cabbage head having alarmed them while prematurely panicking,without due cause. But I%26#039;ll look with extreme care into what you suggest.

While on the rug, at the Board%26#039;s %26quot;Inquisition%26quot; which unfortunately for these amateurs does not come to the Spanish, ha-ha! - I said that if they continued forcing people to do things their way and trying to intimidate folks into paralysis, they should really CONSIDER, training German Shepperds (wrong spelling) to be trained to be vicious, and put outlook towers at each corner of this complex - and that any home owner that did not say %26quot;Sig Heil%26quot; should be shot on the spot. Thank you birdgirl...since I posted this question I have talked to 2 other neighbours who feed birds as I do. Bird-feeders which hang above the ground. However, I keep watch of animal life around here closely since first moving here. Have been doing so since first moving here. But I digress; I asked these 2 neighbors if they had noticed any change as to the activity of birds. They, as I, without prompting them, have noticed a disappearance of many birds increasingly. I, for one have a wind tunnel effect between my condo and garage. The d first couple of years here there was a lively run-through of hummingbirds. These are no longer. Many other birds which would waken me each morning are only noticed through utter SILENCE. I have an appointment with a lawyer for Thursday August 7th, having documented all my findings. I expect to be sued for interference. I plan to sue in return. As for the children, 3 live here; a boy 3, his sister 5, and another brother, perhaps 8, not certain.They %26gt;

The crab apple trees are doused by showers of poison, sprayed by men covered by protective uniforms. That ALSO tells me something Bees, hornets, yellow jackets are mysteriously disappearing. For $265.00 an hour%26#039;s consultation with this attorney much may be started to expose what wrong doing is going on. After that, nothing will delight me more than bringing this place to the ground! As far as what else, as far as organizations I will sic on them, at least I%26#039;ll have protection when I am certain this goes into court. I am tired of seeing the callous treatment of disinterested humans to ANY innocents...does not matter who these are!I may be forced yo move from here more quickly than I was planning, but firstly there are some very important scores to settle.Again thank you all...I believe I must vote tomorrow or the next day..I must check. progress helping resolve this problem tomorrow, or next day, which I shall, after that I will report on what progress I make through the help of attorneys and any organizations getting into this problem.
