I watch the Big Cats at the Zoo sometimes...especially the Jaguars? What do you think they have in mind when pacing their tiny cages. (Always the Jaguars have the smallest, the barest cages) and yet, these animals are very smart!
They scream from instinct.
I always watch them and want to help them. But they seldom look outwards at a person.
It is as if they are going slowly mad for missing their jungle habitats.
Does anyone know, if it is, that they have gone mad, from their instincts being reduced to that of prisoners, of hostages?

No, some of these were not born in captivity, that is why an ancient instinct screams!

the grooves : Humans have Pride, for they forget their instinct, even if they have more freedom than any other creature on the planet. Animals DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE PRIDE. They are the Epitome of Silent Pride : They possess PURE SOUL!!!
They Know themselves!!!
We do not.
We falter and Doubt, and replace Soul with Pride because something must give us footage, while ambulatory, through our lives.

When they are pacing in there tiny cages. I think that they wish they were at home with the friends and family. They wish they could run around in the jungle. They wish they had freedom. If america is all about freedom why do we put animals in the small cages. They think and pace for freedom to be with their family.

Yes, and you have said this with true compassion. I can read it in your writing. Had we a better, far better sense of the animals; (Our Superiors) we would not kill them, we%26#039;d not usurp their habitat, we would not imprison them. But we have Pride in Ourselves only.
So that we become BLIND to animals
