If I wanted to get some type of wildlife protection for foxes what should I do?
There is a feild across from where I live that was given to the city on conditions that it is never developed unless for parks. So for as long as I%26#039;ve lived here (all my life) I have seen amazing wildlife there, but now there are foxes! I counted over 4 of them which is amazing because it is in the middle of a big city. I don%26#039;t want them to be removed or put in some i don%26#039;t know zoo or something so what can i do to try to get the land protected. PS in California

Well the land is completely fenced in and is about well I%26#039;ld say over 20 acres. It%26#039;s pretty big, and there are no parks there the city has never done anything with the land.

Fox are not dangerous. There is no way a fox would ever attack a child. Unless it was rabid. But so would a dog or a raccoon. And there is no way you could remove those animals from a city environment.
I don%26#039;t think you would have very much luck getting the area protected. In my opinion, its already protected enough, although a park would not do them well. Nobody will take them to a zoo. If your near a city I%26#039;m guessing no one would ever hunt or trap for them either. I think they are pretty safe.
