• You could collect all the recyclables in your neighborhood - you get enough, then get somebody to take them to the recycling center, split the profits, and use the money for neighborhood improvement. Check on - offer to help - old folk. Use your local paper - call the %26quot;City Desk%26quot; and see if they%26#039;ll do a story - don%26#039;t waste money on an ad - to advertise what you are doing. Good idea.
