Is it possible to use conversation %26amp; increase energy efficency standards to increase GNP income? In other words,to achieve the same amount or even increase of economic growth, by doing what I%26#039;m suggesting above? By doing the same or more with less energy inputs.

Conversation or conservation? Both would help when energy efficiency is the subject. Sure it would increase the GNP. If we only sent $100,000,000,000 out of the country for fuel every year instead of $200,000,000,000 the difference could be spent at home upgrading infrastructure and boosting peoples wages so they could buy more products.
