Animals and plants have no soul or feel pain
Humans were created totally seperate from anything else
still it is remarkable how close our internal organs and skeletons resemble animals

And one only has to visit religious latin countries to see how far these peoples concerns are from the Environment

No, it%26#039;s not. Man%26#039;s responsibility is to take care of the planet (When you go hiking, pick up your trash, when you start a fire, make sure you put it out, etc.)

God has given us %26quot;dominion over the land and animals%26quot;, and I%26#039;d think that He%26#039;d want us to take care of them...you know, being good stewards of what we%26#039;re given.
