• You%26#039;re right - you are on the endangered species list. I know this because I used to have a friend who sounded just like you - saying that no one understood her or her art either...and now she is dead due to a drug overdose.
  
  She was brilliant and creative, and left behind some of the most tortured and beautiful art as well as a devastated group of family and friends.
  
  So get out of yourself and volunteer to do art therapy at a camp, school or community centre for kids or adults or join an artists colony, all of which will happily welcome crayolas and construction paper...and will probably supply more.
