Tree trimmers still trimming in the springtime when endangered birds are nesting. US Fish and Wildlife is still working on a plan of how to enforce the laws with professional tree trimmers. They are suppossed to check trees for nests first..but MOST of them don%26#039;t. The peope hiring them do not report them for doing this..as they just want their trees trimmed.
