This week, Japan resumed the hunting of Humpback Whales!?
What madness are we witnessing with the resumption of whaling by the Japanese, under the guise of scientific research! Commercial exploitation, more like it!!
What can we do to show our distaste for this barbaric practice!?

My heart is broken, I feel empathy so strong I wish I could convince these heartless, thoughtless barbarians how very wrong thier slaughter of our ocean%26#039;s creatures really is.
Minke whales, sharks, huge steel nets that literally rip up the ocean floor and take everything- wanted, unwanted in thier path to die. Dolphins.
What is up with these lying (scientific my @ss) scum of the earth? Don%26#039;t they know they%26#039;re killing the planet%26#039;s environmental balance- the very thing that makes life on earth sustainable?
I wish we could attack them in the ocean. Boycott?
There is a website where you can sign a petition- I found it by searching %26quot;save the whales%26quot;- going to look it up %26amp; post it- back in a flash.

Hi, I have just posted a question about this very subject myself, i.e. shouldn%26#039;t the U.N. send a fleet to stop (forcibly if necessary) the Japanese Whaling Fleet from doing their so-called %26quot;Research%26quot;. My reasoning is simple. All lands and territorial waters belong to one nation or another. All other waters are International and therefore the U.N. and each member country has jurisdiction over it. Since Japan is going to hunt the Humpbacks in International Waters, then any country, subject to being authorised by a resolution of the UN, would be legally entitled to send a fleet (warships) and stop the Japanese whaling fleet. Japanese are generally very civilized except when it comes to eating whales and porpoises etc.
Knotsure.

They do this every year. As well as Iceland and Norway.
