By conserving water
In Hawaii we say, %26quot;Malama the aina.%26quot; Or take care of the land.

I think this is a great start to living a more eco-friendly lifestyle. There%26#039;s so much more we can do to help our world to be a better place for the future.

Aloha! =0)
  • walk more, dont use the car as much,
use the computer less, make a vegetable plot and eat from there or sell it, plant trees, recycle and put all your u eaten food in a composter!
    hope that helps
  • I have started saving newpapers. Wal mart has a been bin that one can bring their papers and throw them in. I take mine at least every 2 weeks there.
  • It%26#039;s easy to start, and just doing a little bit goes a long way. Start by checking out your local dump/recycling center, usually they will take: Glass bottles, tin cans, cardboard,( and this includes ALL packaging from food, toys, mail packages, egg cartons, electronics, etc) plastics....You%26#039;ll be amazed at how little trash you will have after you recycle everything. Grocery stores usually have bins that recycle your old plastic and paper bags. Get a compost bucket for your compostable food and BUY LOCAL ITEMS WHEN AVAILABLE (Think of the energy used to transport those hard to get foods from Peru) Just think, if everyone did this, our planet would be that much better!
  • reduce, reuse %26amp; recycle
reduce youre carbon footprint, buy localy grown foods, plant a tree, send a letter to youre senator asking them to do as much as you do, urge youre friends to save the planet for future generations remember that ALL of youre ancestors saved what you are now using. Keep asking these kinds of questions
