one is the red tide, and from oil spills gas, and poeple throwning trash into the water gas from poeple boats .water skies,then you have mercury that comes in to sailt and frash waters,, mostly from mankind that dose most of the work..! i once lived on the cape cod of mass i was one of the kids back then was on the clean-up group wildlife dnr poeple you can do the same check into it 4h clubs or wildlife groups there 100% 1 Vote
