What are the orange things on the islands in hamilton bay? In Hamilton Bay, Hamilton Ontario, near Canada Centre for Inland Waters, there are islands in the bay for birds. On some occasions, there are orange things, that look like people on the island, but they dont move. Are they a sort of scare-crow or what?
