Australia needs to ween itself from the coal industry. So many Australian jobs are dependent upon coal that they can%26#039;t seriously pursue alternative power methods like hot rocks. It%26#039;s a serious problem.

Quit driving. Ride a bike, scooter, skate board, anything. If you have to go over 6-8 miles, I suggest you drive. When you throw away a banana peel, or an apple stem, think. All the natural waste you produce can help the environment. Save all the naturals in a bin until it turns into this brown compost. You can use it as soil. Same with rotting meat. Bury it in the ground, and your apple trees will be very strong and delicious. Use recycled paper and wood. Never straight from a rainforest. Recycle paper, glass, and plastic. That glass coke bottle you throw away into the recycling today, can be a windo tomorrow. And, care about the ozone layer, you should conserve it, because the world we are polluting today, won%26#039;t be the same for the next generation of children.
