What can I do to stop this? OMG! Someone keeps turning on the bathroom lights and TV! Gosh!

Tell them to stop turning them on , or make a little poster that would say %26quot;Turn off please%26quot;. And then give them a looooong,looong lecture on how it%26#039;s bad for the environment...believe me after they hear the first looooong lecture they won%26#039;t want to hear another one...thus they%26#039;ll be turning of the lights and TV...just to escape a lecture from you! :D
