What is Georgia%26#039;s plan to get water to their area?

I don%26#039;t know, but it%26#039;s scary to imagine life without water. It is a basic necessity. If we have to ration our water that will be fine with me because I%26#039;ve visited countries where they do that, but Americans are not used to that.

As far as a plan goes, if the government has a plan they%26#039;re not releasing that info. to the public yet. It seems like they%26#039;re just waiting it out to see a little longer.
