• You need to do your research it is a big question. It came about in the 1970%26#039;s in the U.S. when America decided it %26quot;had to but a vowel%26quot; and take on the question as to why all the fish where dying in its rivers, and did businesses located by those rivers have anything to do with it. That is a small example of course.
