What percentage of paper or wood products are made from tree farms? Can anyone show me links to any studies that have been done? The only one I can find from 1996 shows that only 29% of the world%26#039;s paper is made from farms.

If you also can find any statisitics on the percentage of wood products certified by enviromental groups, would be nice too.
