You really do not give enough info to give you a definitive answer. Is it always in the same spot in the sky every night, Summer or Winter? If it is always in the same spot, and you have a hill or mountain range near by it could be a building off in the distance; otherwise depending on how it moves in the night sky, it could be a star, planet, satellite, comet or the moon. My best guess is that it is a planet. The disco ball effect is probably an atmospheric effect on the light. 33% 2 Votes
