Washable plates. Paper production means cutting trees. The use of paper plates contributes to garbage.

plates, cause trees are the reasons we%26#039;re breathing. there%26#039;s no need to destoy them. if we made a campfire, we should burn out textbooks instead of wood, lol! but we would be destoying trees still.

i think is better to use washable cuz by using paper plates they are cutting down more trees and there is more garbage
-
I would say using washable plates to save garbage. Just be careful how much water you use!
-
Paper - biodegradable. New trees can be planted to replace trees harvested for paper production.

using washable plates to save garbage, because we%26#039;ll always have the same amount of water....i think...

Paper plates can be recycled, don%26#039;t they?
-
using washable plates to save garbage. Paper plates is the production of trees it means there are more chances to cutting down more trees,,,well it is so sad, because trees is the most important ecological function to protect the land against erosion. and from my point of view, paper plates cannot be recycled....and it makes garbage or it is contributes to garbage........

washable plates. Coz by using paper, there%26#039;s no where else to place garbage but by using washable plates, used water can be recycle.

The answer may depend upon where you live. For the vast majority of the world, the water that people use is locally obtained. If you live in a desert, your water may be precious - if you live elsewhere, it may be less valuable.
In the grand scheme of things, however, I would *suspect* (anyone who claims to know for certain is taking a number of variables for granted) that washing them is better. Remember, paper production requires water.
