  Mostly, I think they answer the way they do to try to be funny or to really be mean (they hide behind their avatar) which is easier when you aren%26#039;t face to face with someone. Some are simply angry people unhappy in their lives... That%26#039;s just my opinion...
  
  I doubt %26#039;they%26#039; will ever %26quot;step up%26quot;... %26#039;they%26#039; see %26quot;Yahoo Answers%26quot; as a venue for fun for them...they don%26#039;t seem to care too much about trying to help people with their questions.... And there are also questions that are too ridiculous to answer.

  Personally, I try to answer as politely as I can and with respect but I%26#039;ve had a couple of instances where my emotions got the better of me and I may have come across too strong.
