Why??????????? why do people littler?

They can have they%26#039;re own reasons, but it appears that the most common reasons are that they think it to long of a walk to trash can or recycle bin, they think they%26#039;re to cool to be seen putting something in the trash/recycle bin, or they just don%26#039;t care about the environment! I hate it...

• I think people r just 2 lazy 2 day! Doesn%26#039;t help wen u got council workers litter picking either! I always keep any litter on me til I get 2 the next bin or til I get home...
  
  If I were in charge any1 caught littering wud b made 2 pick up litter 4 a few weeks, with a sign on their bk saying %26quot;I%26#039;m a litter bug%26quot;, as this wud embarrasses them greatly..
  
  It really annoys me wen people r 2 lazy 2 put their rubbish in bins, I%26#039;ve pick up loads of rubbish recently n the worst thing about it is that the rubbish was next 2 a bin in the first place.........
