Why ban scallop dredging in Port Phillip Bay. only to reverse the repair by dredging the Chanel?

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters

Because those in charge of the planning aren%26#039;t looking at the big picture. They look at each activity as seperate and assume that dredging for the channel won%26#039;t affect the scallops. Ironically, they may claim that because scalliops are better due to the ban, they can do the channel dredging without ruining the scallop population. 62% 8 Votes
