No. The world population has to change its attitude first. It is going to take many years to change. It%26#039;s like drug trafficking ... as long as there is a demand for drugs the drug barons will just continue making money... take demand out of the equation and it all comes to an end. Education and Draconian measures will reduce the problem but not do away with it entirely.The poor tribesman in the bush ... try to stop him from poaching whilst his children are starving. No way, Jose. Create a job for the fellow so that he can feed himself and the problem goes away.
