Since it will be quite gradual, the people would be moving to higher ground. Vietnamese people are pretty resillient as well as resourceful and I am sure most american veterans will agree with me.

I%26#039;m not sure why this report bothered me so much. Perhaps it%26#039;s due to the friend who visited there last December and came back gushing about how beautiful the country was. And how much the people there have already suffered over the last 60 years.

  Over three feet doesn%26#039;t sound like %26quot;only%26quot; considering that the sea rises by 2.8 milimeters each year--lol! I wish people would think for themselves rather than blindily listening to propaganda.
• Wow, even the Central Highlands? Well, good riddance...finally a truly effective strategy to wash away the descendants of Ho Chi Minh.
