%26quot;A sea-level rise of only one meter could inundate over six percent of the total area of the country and displace over 10 million people.%26quot;
The IUCN site at the link below also states:
%26quot;There is no doubt that climate change impacts are already present and increasing in Viet Nam, causing negative effects on all sectors and regions in the country ...%26quot;
Can Vietnam be saved? Will this scene unfold to some degree throughout many areas of the world?

Since it will be quite gradual, the people would be moving to higher ground. Vietnamese people are pretty resillient as well as resourceful and I am sure most american veterans will agree with me.Other Answers (4)

%26quot;of only one meter%26quot;
Over three feet doesn%26#039;t sound like %26quot;only%26quot; considering that the sea rises by 2.8 milimeters each year--lol! I wish people would think for themselves rather than blindily listening to propaganda. -

Ok... when this doesn%26#039;t materialize, will you be back here admitting your mistakes or will you just go on to the next disaster du jour?
