Are some environmentalists impossible to please?
Here is a link to an article about how over 66 applications are on hold to utilize 500,000 acres of California desert for Solar Power use. Apparently some are worried about desert squirrels, tortoises, and power lines. I agree the impact should be minimal but building more coal plants and or burning more oil would be a worse solution.
It%26#039;s hard to come up with a perfect plan but to forsake the good for the sake of the great is only facilitating environmental disaster. A good plan today is better than a great plan tomorrow. It%26#039;s time to take action and stop fighting amongst ourselves even if it means making some compromises.

Canada%26#039;s %26quot;top environmentalist%26quot;, David Suzuki, recently told a group of university students in Montreal that any politician who doesn%26#039;t agree with his extremist pro-stance on global warming must be imprisoned. He%26#039;s regularly on The Weather Network here spouting untruths, and his popularity from an old tv series is why people like him.
It%26#039;s impossible to please some environmentalists, but particularly those who repeatedly lie. My decision is keep showing people where these %26#039;eco-terrorists%26#039; are wrong.
%26quot;Global warming%26quot; isn%26#039;t just an attack on oil corporations. The purists are waging a war against all forms of energy.,
They won%26#039;t be happy until we%26#039;re all living in caves.
