Didn%26#039;t Algore declare the end of debate?
(I guess that%26#039;s the perrogative of a Nobel Peacenik Prize winner.)

So, John Coleman, founder of the Weather Channel, thinks anthropogenic global warming is a fraud. Yay him. Now, if you%26#039;d be so kind as to point me to his research on climate science that he%26#039;s had published in the peer reviewed literature, I%26#039;d be much obliged.
What%26#039;s that, you say? John Coleman has never published a single article in the scientific literature? Hmm, so why exactly am I supposed to care what he thinks about the matter?

Yes, Al Gore did declare the end of debate. Of course he did this right after he made up a bunch of lies to try and end the debate. Oh wait, he has been afraid to debate. So I guess he never ended it, since he has been afraid to start it.

I wonder if Aristotle and Eratosthenes published spherical Earth articles in peer-reviewed journals and what the response would have been from the flat Earth consensus of the times?
I love the preoccupation with the holy, almighty peer-reviewed journal. The review is only as good as the peers and if the peers have a made their decision prior to reviewing the article, what good is the peer review?

Kind of like demanding a recount only of certain largely Democrat-leaning counties rather than a statewide recount.
