It is beyond worth the effort. It is necessary. It is more important and impactful when it comes to certain materials than others, but all recycling is hugely helpful, and not recycling could be poisonous to us. Most people don%26#039;t even think much about recycling batteries and electronics, but they can contain heavy metals (like lead, cadmium and mercury) that can contaminate landfills. Do some research, look up some info, and I don%26#039;t think you can justly say that recycling isn%26#039;t worthwhile. wikipedia.org, batteryrecycling.com, etc.

• i like it coz it%26#039;s better for the environment than throwing everything away, this way they grind it up, or melt it down and whatever they do to make new products such as plastic bottles and such out of recycled material.
• yes it can be worth it if everyone did it.i think a law should be passed that every household recycle anything worth recycling to cut back on the landfill pile ups.
