They are also direct measurements from satellites, more reliable than a variety of proxy measurements which can be used to show just about anything. This has happened despite the continuing increase in carbon dioxide levels, and indicate that the role of CO2 in our atmosphere has been much exaggerated, it is a factor, but only one in many.
The only thing that worried me about not considering the anthropgenic global warming hypothesis to be correct, was being in agreement with the conservative right, I feel happier now that they have given it up A masters degree in Ecology and 30 years professional experience.
