Those that already have energy saving policies in place and can meet their requirements will be able to sell their credits on the market, so it won%26#039;t be an extra tax for them at all. The only people who have something to lose are those that refuse to change.
And by the way, we won%26#039;t have to change out lifestyle at all to meet these new requirements, some of America%26#039;s biggest companies have already proven this. Look at what Pepsi, GE, or Wal Mart have done to lower the amount of energy it takes to run their businesses.
Not everything is a conspiracy, some things, like reducing your carbon emissions, just make sense.
