less water
less food because of loss of farm land.
Sea level rise (although not enough to be worried about)
Temperature rise
Economic prolbems
opening of the Northwest Passage
as well as damage to ecosystems

Some people die, some don%26#039;t. Some animals disappear, some don%26#039;t. The environment will do what it always has and continue on. Eventually the balance will return. Hopefully mankind is still around to see it.
